Borobudur temple is a glorious Buddhist temple. It is located 42 km from Jogja. The temple was build between 750 and 850. Borobudur is a world heritance archaeological site which has 7 levels and 1460 carved stone relieves. The relieves draw the Buddhist story and reflect life in the world before reaching the heaven. Open: Sunday to Monday (9 am-5.00 pm)
